hello. today training not bad coz very little ppl go. :D then at home, my home the aircon change liao. then next week have to renovate the house. SIAN! i think i should go out when my house is being renovated coz too noisy arh. then i have started reading on a book called "Goal". its a good book to read, quite interesting. i am dedicated to read finish this book. and this book will be the first book i will read finish. yay! haha.. then i found out im 6th fastest in the whole sec 3 for 2.4km! whoa! lol. the reat test is next week.. must run more often.. i hope to get 10 mins for the test.. hope can achieve it, lol. haha, thats abt it. bye bye.

Hi. Had my morning run at stadium today.. Damn sian, 100m-8sets, 50m-8sets, and 25m-8sets. I do halfway then i kena cramp on my right thigh, but its not tat serious lah. Then i sprint the fastest in all the sets in my group, haha, better luck next time tat jun.. Oh yeah, thank u jin chang for ur present. Now only 2 ppl give me present, u guys r great...(sarcasm). Hi. Just came back from the 4 day badminton camp. The camp was damn tiring..(not ging to say wat happen coz too much thing to say). I had only an hour of sleep at the basketball court just now, then i cannot sleep lerh.. And today is my birthday. But i never celebrate it la.. sobs.. I only had a present from my parents and lisa. Thank you lisa, i like the gift.. Erm, i next year going to 3G liao. DAMN TIRED right now... yawnz, i think im gonna sleep now, bye bye :D

Hi. Yesterday, me, terence, kevin, and jin chang went to tampines mall to buy presents for zi jian after our morning run.. We went to tm so early, about 8.30, and all the stalls were closed accept for those fast-food restaurants. So we went to bk to slack and ate breakfast.. But i never eat. Then we went up to the playground at the 4th floor, at tm. Then we played there until like 10, when the stalls were opened. Then we went to buy zi jian's presents and then we went to pastamania to eat. Actually it was me, but they accompany me. Then after that we went home. Nothing else to say liao, bye.

HI! Today sucked... My legs were damn pain, and they are pain now too... I had to run at the stadium 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1.5km sprints. I didnt believe that 1.5 was sprinting at first... Can die 1... Then go school for training then i cant even do a footwork at first, but slowly, i did not feel much pain liao.. Sian, i lost to terence.. I had a good record against him.. Hiaz, sian. lol.. Then today leonard keep aiming me.. And when coach ask who got gf, then leonard, so outdated, go say that i have and tot me and she still stead... wtf.. Then he tell coach that she from choir, then coach go joke abt it.. The joke was a cold joke.. Bastard... Ouch, my leg hurts a lot... Well, i have nth to tok abt liao.. Bye Bye :D

Hellos. :D Today was such an tiring day, i had training from 7 to 12... Can die man... Wah, i run at tampines stadium from 7 to 8 then go school with the sec 1's and leonard and tat jun. We took 293. Then like, halfway to school, then we witnessed a accident... A motorcycle bang a women cause she jay walk... Never jay walk without making sure that there r no cars or motorcycles... lols, n kevin forgot to take his racket, he left it at the stadium, luckily leonard saw his racket before we go take 293 etc... haha, so funny... Then we went to school for training from 9 to 12... Then i went home to shower, then i go my friend's house do things... Hahas, quite fun... Then i 3 o' clock then go home liao... Hiaz, damn sian... I think i cant last long if this type of training continue throughout the holidays... Ok, nth else to talk abt liao... BYES! ;D

Hello! :D Posting again. Yesterday was the last day of school. U might all think that i am rejoicing but u all think wrong... I have a dreadful holiday ahead. All because of BADMINTON! I have training EVERYDAY! I also got back my report book. Quite happy with my result, i only failed maths. ;D I have decided to choose POA instead of lit, so i'll be going to 3G next year. It dosen't matter if i go 3G cause 3F and 3G has the same level of standard, the only difference is the subject combination. Haiz, gd luck to u for a-maths. :D byes!

Hell0.. Yesterday i went to Si Xuan's birthday party, it was quite wierd/special. Lol, we went to the beach to eat a cake. Then after that we rented bikes and cycled round the park. Haha, Kenneth and SONG LI fell. Then Si Xuan was damn high when she saw her gifts... Err, the 2 of them fell because of roller bladding. HAHA, song li first step then fell then never continue liao.. And Song Li, you UB, GTS.. Your phone damn nice, the music not bad lor. But your messeges... They are damn ironic man. LOL. Yo wassup.. Today half of our badminton team went to a arena in joo koon and it took us just more than an hour by mrt. Some when alone with friends and some went with a group. But i went there with Jin Chang. We went out at around searching for that place, but luckily he got map.. when we finally reach they said they didn't know where to go and we 2 then smiled. They said they followed other school to reach. And there are some late comers too.. Like Kevin, Tat Jun and madel. And for yan shen, he came alone(zai). As i didn't eat, i went to the burger king below and bought some things too eat. Then, sadly and predictably, we lost.. Then when it ended, me, Jin chang, brandon tat jun, kevin, madel, yan shen, javis, zi jian, jos and wee sing took the same MRT together.. then me, brandon, jin chang, zi jian and jos went to tampines sports hall to play badminton for 1 hour. After that, we all went back.. =)
