Hi. Had my morning run at stadium today.. Damn sian, 100m-8sets, 50m-8sets, and 25m-8sets. I do halfway then i kena cramp on my right thigh, but its not tat serious lah. Then i sprint the fastest in all the sets in my group, haha, better luck next time tat jun.. Oh yeah, thank u jin chang for ur present. Now only 2 ppl give me present, u guys r great...(sarcasm). But at least most of u said happy b'day to me.. Most if u.. Nothing else to tok abt liao. Bye bye :D









Hi. Just came back from the 4 day badminton camp. The camp was damn tiring..(not ging to say wat happen coz too much thing to say). I had only an hour of sleep at the basketball court just now, then i cannot sleep lerh.. And today is my birthday. But i never celebrate it la.. sobs.. I only had a present from my parents and lisa. Thank you lisa, i like the gift.. Erm, i next year going to 3G liao. DAMN TIRED right now... yawnz, i think im gonna sleep now, bye bye :D









Hi. Happy birthday Zi Jian! Today go training then give him his presents, then today training do sprinting then footwork. After that then we went to Sintec shop near tampines sports hall. Then when we alighted from 293, we saw Mark Lee acting duno wat thing la.. LOL, he so dramatic.. Then go to sintec shop, then i go re-grip, then jin chang go re-grip and re-string. Then i go back le. Thats all, Byes.









Hi. Yesterday, me, terence, kevin, and jin chang went to tampines mall to buy presents for zi jian after our morning run.. We went to tm so early, about 8.30, and all the stalls were closed accept for those fast-food restaurants. So we went to bk to slack and ate breakfast.. But i never eat. Then we went up to the playground at the 4th floor, at tm. Then we played there until like 10, when the stalls were opened. Then we went to buy zi jian's presents and then we went to pastamania to eat. Actually it was me, but they accompany me. Then after that we went home. Nothing else to say liao, bye.









HI! Today sucked... My legs were damn pain, and they are pain now too... I had to run at the stadium 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1.5km sprints. I didnt believe that 1.5 was sprinting at first... Can die 1... Then go school for training then i cant even do a footwork at first, but slowly, i did not feel much pain liao.. Sian, i lost to terence.. I had a good record against him.. Hiaz, sian. lol.. Then today leonard keep aiming me.. And when coach ask who got gf, then leonard, so outdated, go say that i have and tot me and she still stead... wtf.. Then he tell coach that she from choir, then coach go joke abt it.. The joke was a cold joke.. Bastard... Ouch, my leg hurts a lot... Well, i have nth to tok abt liao.. Bye Bye :D









Hellos. :D Today was such an tiring day, i had training from 7 to 12... Can die man... Wah, i run at tampines stadium from 7 to 8 then go school with the sec 1's and leonard and tat jun. We took 293. Then like, halfway to school, then we witnessed a accident... A motorcycle bang a women cause she jay walk... Never jay walk without making sure that there r no cars or motorcycles... lols, n kevin forgot to take his racket, he left it at the stadium, luckily leonard saw his racket before we go take 293 etc... haha, so funny... Then we went to school for training from 9 to 12... Then i went home to shower, then i go my friend's house do things... Hahas, quite fun... Then i 3 o' clock then go home liao... Hiaz, damn sian... I think i cant last long if this type of training continue throughout the holidays... Ok, nth else to talk abt liao... BYES! ;D
